What is the Quadrella?

The Quadrella is a bet where you must pick the winner of four races nominated by the TAB.  It is usually (but not always) the last four races on the card.

How much will a Quadrella cost me?

The cost of a Quadrella is calculated by multiplying the number of horses that you select in each leg (race).  For example, if in the first leg you had 5 horses, in the next leg 6 horses, in the leg next 4 horses and in the last leg 7 horses the cost would be calculated as follows:  5 x 6 x 4 x 7 = $840 or 5 x 6 = 30; 30 x 4 = 120; 120 x 7 = $840.

You can flexi bet ten percent of the full cost which is $62.50.  A full bet is normally $625.  Sometimes I add an extra horse which increases the cost to $750.

I’m a small punter.  Can I still bet your selections?

Yes.  You can back the top rated runners that I select for you.  These can be backed for as little as $1.00.  You can also flexi bet the Quadrella with the TAB low as one percent.  With my selections you could bet as little as $6.50 or $7.50 when I add an extra horse.

On what days do you provide your selections?

My win selections are provided seven days a week however there will be a few days where there won't be any bets as my selection criteria won't be fulfilled.

When do I get the selections?

My selections are posted on the Member's page usually between noon and 2pm.  You will be advised by 11:30am each day what time the selections will be posted.


How much will it cost me to join?

My fees are $200 for six months, $80 for one month and $40 for one week.  I honestly believe these fees are very reasonable considering you get selections, exotics and ratings.

I've been using Phil's tips now for over 3 years, and am well and truly in front. It amazes me how many quaddies get up at good prices. With the introduction of Flexi betting, there is now no excuse to take advantage of this great service.

I have found Phil's tips to be close to the mark and throwing some winners at good odds.  I  tend to use the tips for the basis of my quaddie selections with good results.  I have found Phil to be reliable and importantly contactable when I am not internet accessible.  Keep up the good work Phil!
